Bundesliga commentator Kevin Hatchard has said that Loris Karius’ time at Liverpool is done.
“There are a lot of things up in the air but what we do know, and what he has accepted, is that his time at Liverpool is over.”

Initially, the German shot stopper was brought in to become Liverpool’s number one keeper after years of average performances by then starting goalkeeper Simon Mignolet.
However, as many Liverpool supporters are aware, he never truly push Mignolet and always had a short leash on the starting job.
The former Manchester City youth player has had a rocky career since joining Liverpool in 2016. Despite making 29 appearances for the Reds, Loris Karius was loaned out after an abysmal Champions League final appearance against Real Madrid.
He spent two consecutive seasons on loan with Turkish giants Besiktas and is currently on loan with Bundesliga side Union Berlin with fellow Liverpool loanee Taiwo Awoniyi.
